Wight Orienteers are holding the annual quiz walk at Shorwell on Saturday evening 1st July 2023.
This is a popular fun event for all the family to take part in. Using a specially drawn map and quiz sheet with straight, observational, cryptic and devious clues (to baffle and amuse); find your way around the course, attempting to score as many points as possible.
The evening Quiz Walk is roughly 2 miles
Entry is £2 per adult, accompanied children free.
Start and register at The Crown Inn’s car park, Shorwell.
Between 18:00hrs and 18:30hrs, Finish by 20:30hrs, Results at 21:00hrs. Refreshments and prize giving at the Crown Inn (finish).
Park at the Crown Inn car park if eating there after. If not eating at the finish please find alternative parking around the quieter streets of Shorwell. Those who intend to eat at the Crown after the walk need to inform them before setting off on the quiz walk.
Maps will be provided, please bring a pen.
