Dan is a keen ultra runner, sometimes orienteer, from the Isle of Wight, competing in marathons (mostly trail/off-road) and ultra distance races, including the occasional road race.
Runs and races often turn into an adventure and during 2018 Dan set the Fastest Known Time for running the Isle of Wight Coastal Path. And in 2019 ran the Dorset Coast FKT (105miles).
