Freshwater Evening Quiz Walk Results – 7th July 2018

I apologise for arriving late to dish out quiz sheets and surprised to see all 60 plus competitors waiting to get started. I hope you all enjoyed the event with hardly any complaints at the end. During the initial preparation of the event I kept mentioning that this is my 30th yearly quiz event for WIGHTO but I must say for the last 25 of them Pete Bartlet has added majority of the devious cryptic solutions. I reckon in the past 30 years we have covered most of the the villages & towns on the island, so our brains are ticking over for were ever next year? I must admit I was completely gobsmacked with my presentation at the end of the evening & thanks for all your lovely comments in the book received. Also a big thank you to Pete & Wighto committee, Julia & Christine for the lovely cake & Todd for my long service badge. HopE to seE you all next year.
