The 2024 Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday 16th August at Calbourne Community Centre, School Lane, Calbourne at 7.30pm (until 9pm).
All WIGHTO members are requested to be present at the club’s Annual General Meeting.
Much needs to be discussed by as many members as possible once reports have been heard. Including: BOF levies for participants have increased, so should we increase our entry fees? It has been suggested that events should be held on Saturdays, rather than Sundays. How would this effect you?
The Club needs to hear your opinions on these and other matters at the AGM
